Q. Is D'SMASH an SES sales tool?

It handles sharing job orders and talent and AI matching, so you can use it for SES sales. But it starts from a different place than a tool for managing your own job orders and staff.
D'SMASH creates a state where companies are connected, and information moves across that network. Companies outside SES can use it the same way, as long as they exchange job orders and talent with their partners.

Q. How is this different from a job order management system?

A job order management system organises the job orders and staff your own company holds.
With D'SMASH, job orders and talent published by connected companies gather with you, and you find candidates among them.

Q. Can we use it to share information with our business partners?

Yes. You share job orders and talent only with companies you have connected with by approval.
You set the audience for each piece of information.

Q. Can we share job orders and talent without sending email?

Yes. What you publish reaches your connections' timelines, and what they publish gathers with you automatically.
You don't write a separate email for each partner.

Q. How do we grow the number of companies we're connected to?

There are four ways. Join a community and you can see the companies in it. Job orders and talent in your timeline show the company that published them, so you can connect from there.
Print a D'SMASH QR code on the business cards you hand out at events, and a scan connects you. Email sent through D'SMASH also carries a link for connecting.

Q. Can I invite a partner who isn't using D'SMASH yet?

Yes. Once they register and approve via the link in the invitation email, the connection is established.
The invited company can also start on the Free plan.

Q. Is job order and talent information shared with every company?

No. You can choose who or which group to share each piece of information with, limiting job order and talent information to only the companies you trust.

Q. Can I use all the features on the Free plan?

Yes. The core features are available on the Free plan too.
The main difference between plans is the amount of AI processing (credits), and you can change plans as your usage grows. See our pricing plans for details.

Q. What happens if I use up all my credits?

Once you use up the credits included in your plan, features that consume credits — such as AI matching — become temporarily unavailable (your account itself isn't suspended).
If you've enabled the automatic top-up option, you can keep using the service, with the additional usage billed accordingly. You can also regain access by changing plans or purchasing additional credits.

Q. Do I also need an API contract?

Not for regular use of D'SMASH.
The API is available as an optional add-on only if you want external AI agents or systems to reference or operate on D'SMASH data.
