Q. Can I invite a partner who isn't using D'SMASH yet?

Yes. Once they register and approve via the link in the invitation email, the connection is established.
The invited company can also start on the Free plan.

Q. Is job order and talent information shared with every company?

No. You can choose who or which group to share each piece of information with, limiting job order and talent information to only the companies you trust.

Q. Can I use all the features on the Free plan?

Yes. The core features are available on the Free plan too.
The main difference between plans is the amount of AI processing (credits), and you can change plans as your usage grows. See our pricing plans for details.

Q. What happens if I use up all my credits?

Once you use up the credits included in your plan, features that consume credits — such as AI matching — become temporarily unavailable (your account itself isn't suspended).
If you've enabled the automatic top-up option, you can keep using the service, with the additional usage billed accordingly. You can also regain access by changing plans or purchasing additional credits.

Q. Do I also need an API contract?

Not for regular use of D'SMASH.
The API is available as an optional add-on only if you want external AI agents or systems to reference or operate on D'SMASH data.
